No. You file directly with the State on sunbiz.org, which is the only place you pay the State fee. This kit helps you do it correctly and on time.
What are the official numbers?
Per the Florida Division of Corporations (checked October 2026): LLC annual report $138.75, filing window January 1 to May 1, $400 late fee after May 1, and administrative dissolution if not filed by the third Friday of September. Source: dos.fl.gov/sunbiz.
Is it only for Florida?

Will it work for a corporation?
